Your Account Manager
Your defined contact at Aurora Commerce, your Account Manager, will be your contact in regard to any matter related to a specific Site.
We will assign your Account Manager from our team of highly experienced individuals, once you purchase your Aurora license.
We recommend that per Site there be only a single contact on your side that deals with us. In our experience this avoids issues with missed information, workload crossovers, or duplicate information relay, and it also ensures that we retain continuity for all parties.
Should you need more than one contact on your side then we are more than happy to address that requirement for you, and please do raise that with your assigned Account Manager.
