Standard Payments

The following are allowed payment methods, yet do not integrate into another service due to no record of money having been taken.

Refunding A Transaction

When pressing the Returns/Refunds/Exchanges button, which is located above the list of transactions as you can see in the image below, a refund will be attempted using the first transaction that is found. This is fine when there is only one transaction on an order.

Where orders contain multiple transactions, it may be best to perform refunds on a transaction by transaction basis. Each transaction will have a refund link on the far right. This will allow you to select which transaction to refund against.
