Agency Only Notes
For when the primary Client relationship is managed by the Agency.
- All New Builds will be handled with the Client by your Agency.
- For New Builds, Aurora Commerce will quote for our required work and the overall Aurora Commerce package via your Agency.
- For New Builds, Aurora Commerce will bill for our required work and the overall Aurora Commerce package directly to your Agency.
- If for any reason a Client contacts us to discuss the cost of our work, or any quote issued via your Agency, we will state that the Client needs to please discuss this with your Agency alone. This is to ensure the correct channels for information relay are retained moving forward.
