Duplicate Order Reasons
This tool allows management of "duplicate order reasons" which can be selected when duplicating an order.

This tool allows management of "duplicate order reasons" which can be selected when duplicating an order.
Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | The date the Duplicate Order Reason was created. |
| Order | The order that the Duplicate Order Reason will show in reports and list fields. |
| Reason | The given reason description. |
You may not have more than one Duplicate Reason entry with the same "Reason" value.
Permissions
Users can be given permissions to control access to the Duplicate Order Reasons tool under user access rights with the permission Orders > Duplicate Order Reasons.
- View - Allows access to the Duplicate Order Reasons tool.
- Add - Allows adding new Duplicate Order Reasons.
- Edit - Allows editing existing Duplicate Order Reasons.
- Delete - Allows deleting Duplicate Order Reasons.
Deleting Duplicate Order Reasons
To delete a "Duplicate Order Reason" record, you may click the delete icon. Please be aware that deleting Duplicate Order Reason records will cause the reason shown in the Duplicate Orders Report to show "No Reason".
