Export Image Paths and SEO Image Text

Introduction

With 1000's of products, you store could quickly end up containing 10,000's of product images. The Export Image Paths feature, produces a CSV file that you can easily search and edit.

This file can then be uploaded back into Aurora using the Import Image Paths and SEO Image Text feature.

Exporting

Exporting a CSV of all product images couldn't be easier:

1. Navigate to Products > Import/Export > Export Image Paths.

2. Your CSV will then be generated and automatically downloaded.

Depending on the number of products on your store, this could take several minutes.

CSV Format

The CSV file that will be produced will adhere to the below format:


Field	Column	Description	Example value
Product ID *	A	The Aurora Product Reference	ABC1234
Variation	B	The Aurora product variation ID	5678
Image Order *	C	The order that images appear for a product in your store - and by extension - the order they show under the Edit Product > Media tab of Aurora	1
Image URL Path	D	The URL of the respective image	`http://yourdomain.co.uk/images/` `YYYYMMDDHHMMSS/ap/resizeandpad:700:467/` `imagid/image/imagefilename1.jpg`
Image SEO Text	E	The custom SEO text that you would like to upload for the respective product image. Leave this field blank to clear any existing custom SEO file names.	Custom-SEO-Text
