Configuration

In Store > Settings > Feeds > CommunicatorCorp you can set various options for the CommunicatorCorp integration:

• Live - if enabled the automation processes detailed below will become active

API Details

• Username - provided by CommunicatorCorp
• Password - provided by CommunicatorCorp

Export Map

After entering your API Details, you can use the IMPORT TABLES button to import all tables and columns configured in your CommunicatorCorp account. You can then map Aurora data to your CommunicatorCorp tables and columns. These mappings will then be used when exporting data to CommunicatorCorp.

Mobile Numbers

It is important to note that CommunicatorCorp require that mobile numbers are exported using the correct country calling code. Please confirm that the all shipping countries with Aurora are configured with the correct calling codes.

Integration Processes

Aurora contains several CommunicatorCorp integration processes that will be enabled by Aurora Commerce on request of this service. Each command can be automated and executed by Aurora on a regular basis to perform various integration processes; these processes are:

• Export Contacts - Export order and newsletter contact details using the CommunicatorCorp API
• Export Products - Export all product information using the ChannelAdvisor API
• Export Orders - Export all orders using the ChannelAdvisor API
