Part Despatch Blocks

Aurora supports dispatching of orders in whole or in part, i.e. you can dispatch an entire order or just one item/row from the order basket. This is achieved using the Part Dispatch system (sometimes referred to as Part Dispatch Blocks). Using this system, ordered items can be dispatched in any number of separate deliveries, and all be independently assigned shipping, courier and postal tracking details for use in dispatch emails and reporting.

This article aims to clarify what the Part Dispatch system is and how to use it.

Overview

❗️

This system is not supported by all of Aurora's 3rd Party Integrations, e.g. eBay, Amazon, etc., and so care should be taken to ensure that the support you require is apparent before beginning to use it on any production Store.
