Build Standards and the Testing of Work

  • Prior to a New Build commencing we will issue to you our QA New Website Checklist, this will allow you to establish requirements prior to commencing, and it is also used by us to ensure that you are meeting our required minimum standards for the build to run smoothly. Your assigned Account Manager will issue this and address any related matters for you as per our recommended New Build Project Process.

  • When it comes to the site being released by us as completed and ready for testing, we ask that you please release any issues found, only once testing is 100% completed. We also ask that the issues be submitted to us in XL format via a Service Desk ticket, and also having first removed and noted all points for your Agencies attention only.
When our fix is 100% completed we will submit the XL back to you via the Service Desk for the next round of testing, with the same sequence being followed for any further rounds of testing as required. This testing period will be accounted for in our planning release, and this is noted in our recommended New Build Project Process.

  • Prior to the Go live, we will address our QA Pre-live Checklist to check the site and ensure that all is as required prior to launch.

This document will be issued to you at the start of the rollout for you to use once you complete your work. We will ask that you issue the completed checklist back to us, along with the Sign Off to Go Live, to confirm that all matters have been checked as required. The Sign Off form to Go Live will be issued by your assigned Account Manager as per the New Build Project Process.

Please be aware that should any issues arise from the QA Pre-live Checklist, this may impact the proposed Go Live date; as such we please ask that you do your side of the checks as required, to completion. Your assigned Account Manager will address matters for you in regard to this.
