Settling Scope and Bespoke Work
Aurora Commerce will work with you to settle the Scope for any New Build and to also define if we have any Bespoke work to address at Aurora Commerce.
If Bespoke work is required from us during a New Build we bill you separately for this, and this includes any necessary Technical Specifications or User Guides created for the Bespoke work.
We will produce any Technical Specifications as required for Bespoke work, for full Sign Off, prior to commencing any actual work implementation.
On Sign Off, we book any Bespoke work required by us and your assigned Account Manager will issue the completion dates accordingly for the work.
If any such work has been Scoped pre-rollout start, it will be considered in the planning assessment from us. Planning assessments also address any required adjustments to your Agencies Project Plans. If work comes to light post planning, it will affect the previously issued assessment from us. For further details on Project Plans, please see Project Plans and Rollout.
Upon completion of any Technical Specification for a New Build only, we will produce a Go Live Plan document. This will be issued by your assigned Account Manager post the Technical Specification completion and Sign Off, as per our recommended New Build Project Process.
We only move forward to Bespoke work implementations once a New Build Scope has been 100% settled.
