Go Lives

Go Lives for either New Builds or other works are done between Monday 09:00 and Thursday 14:00 in any given week. Aurora Commerce does not put work live after 14:00 on Thursdays to ensure that we offer you the very best support possible for when your work does Go Live, and to avoid issues over weekends. We recommend that your Agency also follows this rule when releasing work to live for a Site.

Your assigned Account Manager will book the Go Live on a workload involving us as necessary, once the workload has been fully Signed Off.

To ensure stability and quality with all Go Lives, we deploy the code for all work done by us, onto a live environment site, at least 24 hours prior to the Go Live booking itself.

For the benefit of doubt, we will never release any work done by your Agency onto live, and we will require your Agency do this as required.
