Project Plans and Rollout

When Bespoke work is required from Aurora Commerce for New Builds, Project Plans are required from your Agency for us to assess, plan, and define our own workloads alongside, and for Aurora Commerce to issue our adjustments back to you as required.

Our involvement in the Go Lives process will be defined in this planning adjustment release from us, which will allow you to come to your overall completion date. The junction for the addressing of the planning by us is noted in our recommended New Build Project Process.

We will set up the necessary Aurora platform test site, ensuring overall access is granted (ftp / http / https) for your Agency to work on Aurora. 
This can be arranged via your assigned Account Manager as part of the project process, and the required time for this is covered within the license fee.

For New Builds, the Aurora Commerce API and documentation will be such that there should be no need to come to us other than for Bespoke work. The integration into the Platform will be fully documented and a smooth and easy tie in will be achievable.
