Courier Exports and Imports
To save you time, Aurora can export and import shipping data via CSV files. These can be used to upload shipping related data onto your couriers platforms, or update Aurora with tracking reference numbers. This article covers the basics.
Introduction
Depending on the courier that fulfils shipping on your behalf, you may have the facility to import shipping details onto their platform using a CSV file. Aurora can export recent orders in a CSV file, that can then be used for this purpose.
In addition to exporting, you can also import shipping related data for orders in bulk, such as tracking numbers. Once uploaded, depending on the integrations you have enabled, these can be forwarded to other platforms. For example, if you use the eBay integration, once a tracking reference has been uploaded for an order, it can automatically be forwarded to eBay.
Collect Plus has been removed from Aurora
Please note that Collect Plus (Collect+) has been removed from Aurora.
Courier Exports
Exports are currently supported for the below couriers:
- CityLink
- Collect+
- DPD
- DHL
- Fedex
- Interlink
- MetaPack
- Royal Mail
- UK Mail
- Yodel
To export a CSV of recent orders for a particular courier, navigate to the Orders > Shipping > Courier Imports/Exports page, and select the courier required. You will then be presented with the option to download the CSV file.
Importing Courier Information
Imports are currently supported for the below couriers:
- CityLink
- Collect+
- DPD
- Fedex
- MetaPack
- UK Mail
- Yodel
To import a CSV file for a particular courier, navigate to the Orders > Shipping > Courier Imports/Exports page, and select the courier required. You will then be presented with the option to upload a CSV file.
The format of the import CSV file may differ slightly, depending on the courier:

A general example is provided below for Collect+:

Example CSV
An example CSV import file has been provided for Collect+. When uploaded, the mock order 546754 would have its tracking number updated to Test Tracking Number.
