Annual Report

The Annual Report allows you to collect a summary of your sales by Month or even Day. Returns are accounted for by this report, however refunds are not. What this means is that if a refund is placed, but no corresponding return or adjustment is made to the Order's basket to reflect this refund, then it will not be accounted for in this report.

The figures for this report are based on the Orders Live data so is subject to change as orders are edited, returns are made or ordered items removed from orders. Because of this, it is not recommended that this report be used for accounting.
