Order Item Statuses

This article covers the basics of Order Item Statuses.

Introduction

Each item on an order will have its own independent status, which is separate from the main order.

Some default item statuses could be:

  • Cancelled
  • Accepted by Supplier
  • Ready to Pick
  • Despatched
  • Unable to Fulfil
  • Returned

Sending Emails

Emails can now be sent to the customer when an item has a status set.

These emails can set from the Orders > Statuses > Order Item Statuses page.

When editing a status you will have the option E-mail to be sent as seen below:

After choosing an email and saving the status, your association is now saved and Aurora will start sending emails to your customers on change of that status.

These emails are managed at Orders > Emails.
