This Products Report page will provide you with details on what can be done, how, and what you can expect from the Product Report suite.

Introduction

The Products Report section allows you to adjust reports based on your criteria, from the products perspective.
There are four main sections:

Filtering
Grouping
Ordering
Columns

Filtering

This section is responsible for filtering the products. For example if you want to filter some products by images this is where you would need to review. More information on general usage can be see here.

Filters and possibilities

Filter	Options	Description
Stock	All, In Stock, Out of Stock	"All" include Products "In Stock" and "Out of Stock". "In Stock" only products in stock. "Out of Stock" only products out of stock.
Live	All, Live, Not Live	"All" include "Live" products and "Not Live" products. "Live" include only products which are live. "Not Live" include only products which are not live.
Copy is empty?	All, Yes, No	"All" include products with copy that has text and hasn't. "Yes" include only products which have text. "No" include only products which don't have text in copy.
Price is empty?	All, Yes, No	"All" include products with price and without price. "Yes" include products with price. "No" include products without price.
Is Searchable?	All, Yes, No	"All" include products which are searchable and not searchable. "Yes" include products which are searchable. "No" include products which are not searchable.
Main Category	All, List of Main categories on shop.	"All" include all main categories on the shop. Specific main category will list only products with this main category.
Date to filter by	Date created, Date First Published	Date to filter is connected to the From To widget in the right corner. When from to dates are provided, you can specify what can be filtered "Date Created" or "Date First Published". More information on how to select the date range can be see here.
Images are present?	All, Yes, No	"All" include products with images and without. "Yes" include only products with images. "No" include only products without images.

Grouping

The Grouping section groups Product information in one column and groups the Report by those values. Available grouping options are:

Product Id
Style Code
Main Category
All Categories
Product Attribute

The Ordering section orders Product information on the desired options. Available ordering options are:

Name
Product Reference
Price
Buy-in Price
Stock
Copy
Live
Searchable
Main Category Live
Group
Product Attribute

Columns

The Columns section is responsible for which columns will be visible in the report. Available options are:

Main Category
Name

Searchable

Product Attribute

Live Stock
Not Live Stock
