Technical Team Input Sessions
Advice can be offered by Aurora Commerce to assist a New Build as required. When necessary, time for this can be booked with one of our Technical Team as an input session, and this time is booked via your assigned Account Manager. The billable time for this will be covered by the overall Aurora ongoing license fee, as paid for by you when purchasing the Aurora package.
If User Guides are created as a result of the input sessions, related to non bespoke work only, these will be created and issued free of charge.
Technical Team input sessions can be pre-allocated to assist your rollout, and should this be a requirement please let your assigned Account Manager know. When required, these sessions can also be incorporated into our Project Plans and Rollout assessment.
