Review Guide
Overview
The reviews system allows for greatly advanced options for when a customer comes to write a review. As people are more likely to relate to a review written by someone that seems real, but also gives decent feedback that relates to their situation, we have added a multiple number of options.
Store > Reviews
We have input text boxes, where the customer can enter text related to a question, or choose from the most popular options that others have selected. This can be used for questions such as "Describe yourself", so other customers can see how it relates to them. We also have radio buttons, so the customer has a set choice of options that apply to that product.
Store > Reviews > Templates
Under Aurora > Store, you can set up a specific template for a product. It doesn't make sense to be asking customers very specific questions on products, only to have them apply to everything. You are therefore able to create templates, assign which of the review ratings apply to them, then bulk assign this template to a product using Bulk Edit (Aurora > Products > Bulk Edit)
Front-end
All of the review features are included in the back-end, but they will need to be implemented onto the front end. Please speak to you assigned AC Account Manager for more information, as well as you design Agency.
